Just so you know, I added an extra extension, AnalysisGrabber, that sends envelopes and triggers from three different spectrum bands to OSC.

Your plugins are amazing. 2018 and they're working fine! Using them to control video in Resolume Arena.

One thing I am trying to achieve - is to filter somehow the trigger values... so if one trigger was sent then wait a bit before sending the same trigger.

Can you please explain what do trigger SLOW SLOPE / FAST SLOPE / FAST SLOPE OFFSET values?
