[sharing] Lemur Shuffler

Hi-

I took the m4l buffershuffler device and added a lemur ui to it. It is here:

There is a live device and a lemur project. Any comments and bug reports would be appreciated.

BTW: Set OSC target 0 on the Lemur to your computer's IP address. Set the Lemur's IP address in the Live device.
