Showing Key Signitures in NSLIDER
Hi,
Im creating a few music theory test apps, i want to be able to display key signitures in 'nslider' then, have the user guess what the key signiture displayed is,
if its not possible sugestions on how to get the same effect are more than welcome!
it would be a pretty simple patch if I could get the key sigs to display!
Many thanks,
Oli
I haven't really used it but the [bach.score] external might be something you could use quite easily. Maybe download the library and take a look, there should be a link to it on the toolbox pages.
Could you provide a closer link?
The download page for the bachproject
says:
If you don’t have them, please download and install these free fonts: Boulez (from here) and Accidentals (from here).
http://www.musicabella.com/boulez/

Boulez is pretty straightforward but how do I install Accidentals on a Mac.
Thanks.
Then you should be able to open the Font Book application and select Add Font and load it up. Good luck!
Thank you. Actually, the first time I created a bach.score object the system (OSX 10.6.8) informed me that Max wanted to use the Accidentals font that I had downloaded from the internet, and asked if I wanted to install it... geez, no wonder I forget how to do things.
