I have read most of the articles, but I still can't find the answer to a couple of simple questions. It may be me that is simple, but if you can clear them up I would be grateful.

As an intending purchaser of MfL, I would like to know does that mean that, barring the ins and outs, I effectively have Max within Live, ie will I be able to load and use all of the Max patches floating around the net, which I have previously used with Max Runtime (subject to adjusting the ins and outs)?

There is plenty of references to the upgrade price from Max to MfL, but what if I find that MfL is limited and I want to crossgrade to the full version of Max 5.1? I can't see any mention of that.
