Looks like there are Max externals. I haven't tried yet. Just came across it and didn't see it mentioned here.

I've just try Spout on a windows laptop, it works like a charm, after having assign Max to the Nvidia graphic card and download the last Nvidia Drivers.

Very happy to have a Syphon-like solution on windows !

I've been thinking about trying to get spout to work in vsxu as well, haven't gotten there yet. Going to have to talk to those guys. But ya it works great on my win 7
