So I have uploaded a few screen caps of this black square glitch. I'm not exactly sure what is causing it but it seems to happen randomly. As you can see from the pics items on my desktop will appear behind the black square while windows will appear in front of it. When I click on the square max comes back into focus.

note: I cannot move the square, it is not a window

is it a jit.window without the border/frame? this has happened to me at times too. if you have one, try deleting it and see if the glitch disappears...
