I am trying to create a patch that will play 1 video across 2 screens with a resolution of 3840X1080.

I am using one jit.world object and I span the window across the 2 screens.

The problem is that I am experiencing stuttering every 2 seconds or so, making the playback not so smooth.

I am reading the file from an external ssd with total size of 138GB(for 17min!) but the disk speed should be fine since a similar app in touchdesigner plays the file with no problems.

something to do with display refresh rate sync? maybe disable sync on the jit.world and match the fps attribute to that of the movie file, also set @unique 1 on your jit.movie.

otherwise i'd need to get a short clip of the file to guess further, which you can send to me privately if desired.
