I want to create a setup for routing audio from Supercollider into Ableton/M4L. I am using Windows 7. I would really appreciate if anyone could please point me in the right direction:) Thanks!

(Info - I also simultaniously want to be able to record input audio from my soundcard in Ableton/M4L).

Depends on what interapp router you use(i've never done this on windows so i can't help you with which inter-app-audio-router to choose), but on Mac it was somewhat straightforward with JackOSX...essentially you want to use Server.options..... to set the appropriate in and out device:
