Switching between Clip View and Device View on selected Track.

Is there a way, preferably an easy way, to switch between viewing the selected clip on the currently selected track and the devices that are on the track?

I think I may be looking to use either the "live_app view" focus_view function. OR possibly the "live_set tracks N view" select_instrument. I am reasoning with this because of the word "focus" in the documentation relating to these functions. But I am not certain on what the use of the word focus implies. Whether it is a GUI focus of the Live application on a device or clip (which is what I am looking for) or if it is a more abstract focus.

Could someone please point me in the right direction with this?
