Sync max timing between multiple computers
Is there a straightforward way to sync timing on multiple computers? A group of my students are trying to create a simple laptop orchestra and are having a hard time figuring out how to sync their machines.
Have you tried ableton link? I suppose that it will work without much dificulties straigth. Is in the package manager if Im not wrong :-) Link offers a very tight sync between any device on the same network
This sounds fantastic... the bizarre thing is that I can't find any documentation. The live site explains that you can use Link with Max. If you go to the setting up Link page it shows how to enable it in Live and iOS/Android apps that are Link-enabled, but there's no information on how to sync link-enabled machines running Max. Any idea where I can find some documentation?
