Taking screenshots with Max
Hi
I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to Max and I'm currently developing a patch that runs a Flash standalone app which I would be very much interested in capturing a few screenshots from.
Is it someway possible to do this using Max or Jitter?
I haven't found any interesting post regarding this since everytime I search for "screenshot" or "printscreen" everything I find are images from others.
Regards to everyone,

Have a look to jit.desktop. You'll be able to get a matrix of part of
the screen. Then use the export features of a jit.matrix object.
Or if you're on MacOS, you can launch the screen capture, with the
screencapture command line, thru the [shell] object.

Thanks a lot. I'll try that strategy on Win and see what I can do.
What about recording the image captured from the jit.matrix? I could only find the "exportimage jpeg" command but I can't avoid the dialog box and preset the filename... =/
Yes but what if I want to use a number as a file name? I can't seem to make it work that way and I could find a way to join a text string and a number as a filename neither...

You need to search harder... Don't give up too early ;-)
