I want to communicate with a software called openSignals actually with the sensors by biosignalsplux see https://biosignalsplux.com/en/software/opensignals. The software is running on OSX the sensors show good connection in openSignals.

openSignals has a TCP communication option which works fine using the python TCP client script below. I need to get the data into Max and I tried mxj net.tcp.recv and jit.net.recv (also 2nd outlet) without success and also tcpClient by Arvid Tomayko-Peters which I have running fine in a different context. I did not get MAX to run with python either. py by Thomas Grill seems outdated(?) the link to jython on maxobjects is dead...

any idea why Max does not show any response while python does?
