I just found out about this weird behavior of my beloved textedit object in "output as symbol" mode that threatens to spoil a lot of my recently done work...

if words are appended instead of manually typed, they won't be output as symbol.

is this some kind of bug or is it all right?

if words are appended to some previously manually typed text brackets will also appear, but at text output they include only the previously typed part of text.
