I can't believe I've been maxing for 12 years and never noticed this.

Using peek, the channel numbers are base 1, clipped at 1. So if I tell peek~ to use channel 0, there's no error, it's actually reading/writing to 1? Didn't see it in documentation.

I just lost an 30 minutes of my life to that. Not complaining just posting for future generations.

Buffer Channels are base 1 but 0 gives channel 1
