[BUG] erratic bpatcher scrolling

Hi,
This is an annoying little bug still around since 2 years in max6:

Put the mouse pointer on a bpatcher to scroll on it: The scrolling stop each time the mouse pointer is passing over a numberbox.
(this wasn’t happening in max5)

Thanks for the example, I can reproduce the issue. We’ll look into it.
