Hi,i am trying to copy a friend's patch to m4l.The way im trying to do that is by selecting every content of the patch and paste them to max for live max audio effects.The problem is that it is not possible to copy every content of the patch to m4l and i get only the bpatcher panels and some random stuffof the max patch.Anyone know how to copy the entire patch to m4l?tyvm =)

Maybe it's in Presentation mode when you're copying the stuff? Try hitting Apple-P.

Hi,no its not im going to patching mode and then i press cmd-e,cmd-a,cmd-c and cmd-v on m4l

What kind of objects get left behind exactly?

Since you mention 'bpatcher' I have to wonder if this patch doesn't actually consist of several external files (when you have it loaded try using the "dependencies" option in the view menu).

Because if it has then a mere copy/paste won't cut it I think. Then you'd need to copy some objects, setup the dependencies and optionally freeze the device in order to get everything working.

This is a rough description though, the exact procedure obviously depends on the patch itself.
