I'm wondering if anyone knows if there exists a robust feature in Max or some external which enables one to cycle through multiple, independent patchers for different pieces of a live performance. I'm trying to avoid closing and opening patches, so I'm thinking I would create keyboard shortcuts to activate the respective pieces.

I was thinking that if all patchers are opened and initialized, perhaps there is a way to disable DSP/CPU usage in the inactive but open patches.
