I got drawing of biquad frequency curves working from gen~ today, drawing the curve into a buffer~. It works really well, switching to the correct waveform type automatically. But I can't display the curves with plot~, because when gen~ updates all the samples, the machine hangs while plot~ is hit with 128 new samples at once, so I now I am displaying with buffer~, but then the display update is sluggish. Any one know if theree;s a better way to do it? here's the patch and a picture of it.

Oh, I remembered the problem. For plot~ with a buffer, numpoints must be less than the buffer size, AND there are hangs until one closes and reopens the patch after setting numpoints. So I have a demo done, here is the patch.
