I'm working on an external that uses a textfield. The uitextfield project in the examples folder of the SDK is great, but it does the opposite of what I want. I want the object to behave like the standard message box--you can only edit the contents of the textfield when the patcher is unlocked. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
