Is it true that vst~ only operates in low priority queue? In other words, is it true that events that are in the scheduler thread are automatically deferred before they arrive inside vst~?
I converted some audio subpatchers to vsts and loaded them into vst~ in order to be able to bypass them smoothly. When I use them together with a lot of video processing (all done in low priority queue), the audio sounds more ‘off’ when the framerate drops.
If this is true, would there be any way to avoid this problem?
