Is possible fire a clip in ableton and view the spectrum of this clip like in traktor or something similar???

I don't quite understand the entire question...

Alas; in my early days I used to create a M4LScope patch which, as the name suggests, is a scope device showing your the signal. Doesn't support firing clips but it does the second thingie (I also don't understand the added value to combine these two).
