i am trying to find out how to get information about sampling rate of the host for the synchronisation purposes.

this is written about 6th plugsync~ outlet in the documentation:

"The current tempo in samples per beat. This number can be

converted to beats per minute using the following formula: (sampling-rate / samples-per-beat) * 60. "

how can i get the sampling rate information?

using Pluggo 3.5.4 with Logic 7.2.2, dspstate~ definitely works for me, adstatus sr doesn't. Which Host do you use?
