I found no direct way to remove a key from a Dict object, in my case the value of the key is a nested hierarchy.

I could only convert it to a JS object (as described in 

https://cycling74.com/wiki/index.php?title=Parsing_Dict_files_to_Javascript_objects),

 use JS delete operator and convert it back to a Dict object.
