Noisey Parker

I have made a patch that responds once signal goes above a certain threshold and then starts recording for a pre-defined time to a pre-defined record destination and which gives a umenu a prefix path to auto-populate. It's almost working, but the files sound weird, and also sfplay won't play them back. I think I might have an issue with file types but can't see where I'm going wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

How to use sfrecord~ and predefined file path and recall with sfplay?
