We are aware of, and grateful for, the interest from Windows users 

for the iCE tools. I am afraid we do not currently have a version 

If I may add: I've ported close to 100 externals from Mac OS to 

Windows (the entire Litter Power + LBJ, and a handful of externals 

for friends). The soul of iCE, the lattice UI object, is in a 

completely different ballpark in terms of porting difficulty. This is 

not a project to do while waiting for afternoon tea.
