got an iLok key from a friend to continue working on some older projects of mine. I Installed Max/MSP 4.6.2 and Jitter 1.6.2 for OS X today, but also when the ILok key is plugged in I get the startup window asking me to renew my licence (I already used a demo and student licence on this sytem). I already updated the pace software.

As I know the key was used with a Max/Msp 4.3 before - not sure if this matters. Do I have to re-authorize to get a new response code or is there another way to get it working?

to have this issue resolved. Include your serial number, ilok.com user name, and any other relevant info.

All I know is that 4.5 was a paid upgrade for max. So it makes sense your

iLok is not working with the newer versions just like that. Also

Jitter 1.5was a paid upgrade. I think you need to upgrade both and

iLok smart key and Max/Msp 4.6.2 problems
