I’m trying to load a wide png file into a pictctrl, and I’m getting the following error:
* error: QT: images wider than 4095 pixels not supported
* error: pictctrl: _doPicture reports -1 loading knob.png
Anybody know, is this a general limit of Quicktime on Windows systems? I’ve got a bunch of knob graphics I did for Max on Macs, and now it’s looking like a lot of them won’t be usable in Windows.
I could just shrink the knob graphics down to 4095 pixels wide, and give the Windows version of this software smaller knobs. Ha! Would serve them right.
