what's the best way to have many tables in max msp and interpolate them? imagine that i've got a sensor, and i want to read its data and then use the analysis to go across tables for generating music with different aproaches, ex: one section with longer notes, more regular patterns.. another one with shorter notes more irregular patterns.and in each section I have different tables.. but I want to interpolate them in order to get non linear results. greats.. tiago morgado

pattr is probably going to be your friend. it's a bit more difficult to use but the interpolation between saved stages is extremely helpful. you could also have a look at ej.linterp from the ejies library:
