is compression possible with Jitter

My jit.vcr object creates too large files (45 Mb for 5 seconds). I want to compress that to say like 10 Mb. Is there a way that I can compress the file to a smaller size after rcording (or anyone who knows how to handle it in jit.vcr can tell me). Whatever setting Ichose in the settings dialog, the file stays the same. I include the patch here, maybe i did something wrong

it's all in the help file.
but you can also compress with quicktime pro after the fact.

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

I can do the compression with the arguments. however, I need to combine some elements in my nmessage. The write message contains the nameof the movie file and the settings, all this formatted with sprintsf. Now I need to specify a fileptah to where Max shoudl save the file. How should I write that down?
