I have a thinkpad t500. max runs fine, all audio is cool. however, when I try to ply a video..nothing! quick time 7 is installed and working fine, but I don't know why the same video clips wont play in max.

I have to confess im not au fait with this software, but all my fellow students with macs are having none of these problems. I even had BSOD today when trying to play a video.

jitter not playing .mov files. windows 8 laptop
