Ill be working on a patch, with some phasors and live.remote, and a few seconds/minutes into using it, m4l just completely locks up. I cannot open it to edit it. I have to restart live (like 100s of times a day). My CPU is low (like 2%) so I have no idea what is causing this and no way to find out... How can the CPU be 2%, but the whole patch laggy, and not openable?

How come m4l can lock up (when CPU is low), but operate perfectly (when CPU is high)?

Now im finding that this doesnt happen when the patch is open in edit mode.

Sounds like you are flooding the undo queue of live, probably by modulating a live.object when you meant live.remote.
