i have a matrix ctrl set up to play samples out. but if it is a really fast tempo it wont play them all the way through. Where as with a slower tempo it would most the time. Is there anything i can do so that they will play all the way through everytime?

oh and the matrix ctrl is triggering different sfplay objects if that helps.

i am fairly new to this so any help would be much appreciated

you need to post your patch here, if you want a solution; it sounds like you are running a monophonic sample/file player (buffer~ or sfplay~ objects?), if the samplea are being triggered or retriggered faster than their duration then they will be cut off by the entry of the next sample.

Oh yer sorry about that. This should help. And its like cutting off by the next beat. But i need it so that it lasts a all the way through the sample. but yer here you go.
