Max 6 patch with loads of abstractions (over 768).

There have been a few threads on this subject and I was wondering if anyone has done any tests with Max 6. I have a patch of that has 16 instances of one abstraction which has 48 instances of another abstraction. The 48 instances are not that complicated and I could just as easily put them in the higher level abstraction.

My questions are: is there a cpu benefit to using an abstraction when opening the patch, and does it make a difference when building a standalone application?
