I just updated to Max 5.1.1 and now it wont launch. I'm on XP, Max 5.0 was working fine, I completely ininstalled v5.0 before installing the update but now when launched, nothing happens, the max.exe process just sits there but the program never starts.

Max runtime is still working strangely enough.

I've updated QT and nothing else has changed so I'm kinda stumped. Are there any other new dependencies in v5.1.7 that Ive missed?

Ok, I just uninstalled v5.1.7 and reinstalled Max v5.0.8 and that works fine! Any idea what could be causing the problem with v5.1?
