I have used "movie" object in Max4.6 and Max5 just to play back quicktime movie. 

I checked on Activity Monitor on both version. In Max4.6, cpu usage is around 20%. But in Max5, it is 70%. Of course, looking is very different. In Max5, I can't play and see movie correctly. Always frame dropped.

I am using MacBook Pro 2.8. I tried Higher performance mode on that. But the result was the same.

Does someone know what is different between the versions? I would like to use Max5. But from this reason, I am still hesitating to use Max5.

It would be helpful to me if someone could give me any solution or advice.
