after upgrading to 6 can i move my extras and patches folders etc to Max6 ??

i have gathered a big collection of stuff that i use in 5. to move 1 by 1 and try and error out every single patch or menu item would be a pain of work.

i know i might encounter problems with several 3rd party exts or patches , but can i generally try and move the whole folders ?
