I'm trying to find out the best solution for a gate which should be open or closed depending on the interaction of two different variables.

Everything should output on the same gate

I tried with arrays of [==] and/or if statements, but looks (much) easier to imagine than to realize. At least to me now.

I really can't come out with a simple solution, but I think I'm just tired: it shouldn't be that difficult!

if VAR1 = 1 and VAR2 = 3 output 1
if VAR1 = 1 and VAR2 = 1 output 0
if VAR1 = 1 and VAR2 = 2 output 0

if you dont mind that a 0 is also sent out when var1==17 and var2==52000, you could just use

because then you dont have to check for untrue conditions.

otherwise you could also use some encoding, and shift the decimal places for var1 by 2, then use route/select or a translation table (coll, table)

I used Roman expression, but with "&&" instead of "%%" ;-)

I should definitely use expressions more, they can save really a lot of patching!
