I have two applications created with maxmsp.

they both contains a jar file myjar.jar, which is different in content.

if I launch second.app, it will get the jar file from first.app

Maybe it is because the mxf in the application created with maxmsp is 

not inside the MacOS folder as it is for maxmsp 4.5.7, so it messed the 

I tried to move the mxf into MacOS folder, but it crashes at launch.
