Attached is a simpler version of a patch that I am working on that is going to cycle through a database of HD videos. The urn subpatches with the gate and switcher are going to be accessing a folder which has all my hd videos via umenu. However, it seems that the videos in umenu have a half second lag time. What can I do to make the videos change in umenu without the lag?

Also, I know that the patch is massively incomplete, I was in the middle of a simple test, so the interface itself is still in its infancy
