On the (log-scale) X-axis, using plot~ with a log scale, the linear distance from 100 to 1k should presumably be the same as the distance from 1k to 10k.

On the "spectral" tab of the help for plot~ the same issue shows up - the distance from 10 to 100 is much less than the distance from 100 to 1k, although strangely enough the distance from 1k to 10k correctly appears to be about the same as for 100 to 1k.
