Possible to control Live's tempo through M4L?

Hi,

I've been searching both the documentation and forums but can't find any info on how to control Live's tempo from inside a M4L patch.

So - a simple question - is it possible?

And a more complicated one maybe - how?

Thanks!

It is possible -- you may have missed it in the documentation because it's in the Live Object Model section, which can be tricky ==> https://cycling74.com/docs/max5/refpages/m4l-ref/m4l_live_object_model.html#Song

Here is an example. If you haven't gotten your head around the LOM stuff, it's worth it! There's a lot you can do -- and quickly -- when you get used to it.

Hey arokhsar,

Thank you so much for this fast solution! I'm having a lot of fun right now checking out the possibilities of the LOM stuff, hooking it up with a sampler I built so that Live loops together with my Max looper.

Cheers from Stockholm
