I am building an interface that will record wav files to be used with a specific device (ladyada's wave shield and arduino.) I have attached the part of my patch that records the files. When I try to open these files with the wave shield, I get an error that saying "compression not supported." I was told that this means the files are compressed and that they should not be compressed. But are they compressed?
