I implemented a complete polyphonic voice allocator called 

which is submitted to the cycling74 toolbox. It currently accepts input from the 

object. I'd like to extend it to add MIDI input. The simplest way would be to input single-channel MIDI note data into the 

object, which must be something folks have done before. Does anyone have a recommendation as to the best way?

I'd like to extend it to add MIDI input. The simplest way would be to input single-channel MIDI note data into the kslider object, which must be something folks have done before. Does anyone have a recommendation as to the best way?
