i wiped my hard drive, and soundflower no longer works for me. i would reroute the audio through garageband use it on skype to play around with voice effects. i have mac os x 10.6.8. i see the audio being received on garageband, but when i go to skype and change the microphone to 2ch, nothing is being picked up.
