I'm routing audio just fine using Soundflower from iTunes to Processing (audio-reactive project i've made), but obviously can't hear the audio. So SoundflowerBed seems like the answer, except how do I access it?

It doesn't appear in the taskbar (at the top of Mac OS where screenshots show it should). I'm using the Mac OS Leopard by the way. Can't find it with a search or using Quicksilver either.

Soundflowerbed must be launched from the Finder like any other app for it to show up in the toolbar.
