I have a user interface object which has a set of object attributes (not class attributes) They show up in the inspector and are fully functional. They have been flagged for saving. But these attributes are not saved... They also do not appear in the patch file XML.

I use exactly the same code for a non-user interface object and the object attributes are successfully saved.

YEs, well that confirms my suspicions. (This is for Max 5... I haven't checked whether it is the same for Max 6. Any insight?

Nothing changed with regards to instance attributes for Max 6, so it is still the same.
