xray.jit.minmax to mesh for Kinect

While refining techniques for converting Kinect data to jit.gl.mesh geometry matrices, I started experimenting with Xray.jit.minmax. This seems to be the right way to get what I want, which is a clean 3D mesh representing the Kinect input. The goal eludes me, however, because I cannot get the edges to match up for a clean mesh.

Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

Here is the patch:

and the attatchment is a single frame of Kinect data which can be used to simulate a Kinect camera.

Any suggestions or enlightening insights?
