transparent dial problem in Cubase & Nuendo
A user testing a Pluggo I'm working on reported that he couldn't see
any of the dial images in the plugin's UI. I am using the standard
dial object, in transparent mode.
I then made him a Pluggo which consisted of nothing but a
nontransparent dial, and a transparent one, both overlaid on top of a
colored panel (see patch at bottom). When he opened the plug in both
Cubase SX3 and Nuendo 3, he sees the non-transparent dial correctly,
but the transparent one is just a white circle "ghost" - no dial is
there.
A Steinberg bug, or a Cycling one??
Thanks,
Dan

All on Mac OS X 10.4.6

Ugh.... I'm not doing well today! :-)
Cubase SX 3.1.1.944
Nuendo 3.2.1.1153
I believe these are the latest release versions of each.
Thanks,
Dan

Hey Dan,
Thanks for the report.
I have verified it on Mac - windows seems ok. It also seems to have popped up in Live 5.2 as well.

Thanks Andrew - I'll revert to pictctrl's now for my dials....
Of course that means I'll likely have my
.pct's-not-loading-at-startup problem again! ;-)
