Hi Spyyke1, do you own the computer? Are you having problems with a demo period? If so, you should contact email@example.com for any problems with the 30-day demo period. If you have a registered copy of Max, it may be that you are not authorized to use Gen (it is an add-on product). It sounds like what you are seeing is related to what is authorized and what isn't on your machine. Either way, support can probably help.
