I'm doing some testing of a device on a Windows OS, and I thought that it was my device that was hanging Live, but trying to open the default Max Audio Effect, or Max MIDI Effect also hangs on the Max for Live loading dialog.

Before I go to ableton/cyclings support I was wondering if there is something silly I am missing here, or if someone has a solution. Live 9.7 Max 7.3.3, win 10.
